Event Spaces
Flexible layout configurations make ACC Liverpool one of the most unique event spaces in Europe. Thanks to our connected campus, our tiered auditorium, meeting spaces, break-out rooms, exhibition centre and arena can all be split, joined and arranged in countless ways.

Auditorium
Situated central to the conference centre, this event space has 1,350 theatre-style seats, an impressive stage, and even more impressive revolving drums. These two areas can be rotated 180 degrees, and used for 250-seat lectures, or closed off entirely to make the main auditorium smaller.
It’s a brilliant, yet effective event space – and is at your fingertips when you plan an event with us.
Hall 2
Hall 2, our versatile multi-purpose exhibition and event space, is on the lower level of the convention centre, connected by the Galleria. Measuring at a whopping 3,725m2, this event hall is a multi-functional, sub-divisible event space that can be used in its entirety for a gala dinner or exhibition. It’s even fully carpeted for maximum sound efficiency.
Of course, that’s not all when it comes to this event hall. The venue’s contemporary modularity allows this space to be easily switched into smaller or more intimate areas for meetings or break-out rooms.
Arena Floor
By using the connecting lower Galleria, our event space makes it possible to extend exhibitions from Hall 2 into the arena’s 3,400m2 open floor area. Doing the maths, this gives you a total exhibition floor space of 7,125m2!
The installation of a tracking drape system within our event spaces provides a wider range of layout options, including: up-stage blacks, straight line drapes, and the ability to mask all, or parts, of the upper-tiered seating, as well as dividing the arena in two. Like Hall 2, the arena also has ground level access, with use of ACC Liverpool’s loading bay to make getting equipment in and out easier.
Plus, Wi-Fi is available throughout so you, and your guests, can stay connected.
Galleria
ACC Liverpool’s Galleria is a flexible event space for you to use. With organiser offices and a boardroom facility, this area is perfect to keep you at the heart of your event. Flooded with natural sunlight via several skylights, this area provides an elegant backdrop for delegate registration, or for a drinks reception.
Meeting Rooms
With 21 meeting rooms across our entire event campus, ACC Liverpool’s conference facilities are second to none. Ideal for holding stand-alone events or used as break-out spaces, these provide a welcome respite from our event halls.
Exhibition Centre Liverpool
In September 2015, ACC Liverpool doubled its available event space with the arrival of Exhibition Centre Liverpool: a purpose-built 8,100m2 exhibition centre and integrated 4-star Pullman Liverpool hotel.
This development, which is interconnected with ACC Liverpool’s own existing conference facilities and event halls, provides a space of your own in a city you’ll love.
Sodexo Live! Lounge
Located in sister venue M&S Bank Arena, the Sodexo Live! Lounge is available for private hire.
With panoramic views across Liverpool’s famous waterfront, and room for up to 120 guests, this is the ideal meeting space for your next corporate event, private party, or even a stylish addition to your event programme.
