Casual Ticketing Advisor
The ACC Liverpool Group operates the city's waterfront event campus – the interconnected M&S Bank Arena, ACC Liverpool and Exhibition Centre Liverpool - as well as ticketing agency Ticket Quarter and the Pullman Liverpool Hotel. Playing a leading role in shining a spotlight on Liverpool, we have successfully staged a wide array of national and international events, from shows and conventions, business gatherings to exhibitions, developing our offer over the last decade to that of a world-class provider of venue and event services.
We are looking to recruit Casual Ticketing Advisors to provide a high level customer booking and enquiry service across TicketQuarter, M&S Bank Arena Box Office and the Contact Centre. The successful candidates will be required to sell and promote with enthusiasm, all shows/events on sale at the M&S Bank Arena and all other event ticket sales managed by TicketQuarter.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a fast paced sales/call centre environment, a passion for delivering excellent customer service and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.

Work is offered on a casual basis (no guaranteed hours) to support the busy demands of the M&S Bank Arena Box Office, ad-hoc external sites, and the Contact Centre.
Candidates must be flexible, as working hours offered will include days, evenings and weekends.
